Option 1: Freeride Energy Teaser (4 Nights)

- 4 nights (Friday through Tuesday) based on double occupancy (single room supplement available)
- 3 full days skiing with a UIAGM certified Guide in amazing challenging and exciting terrain
- 4 x 60 minute pre-ski yoga sessions, learn a sequence you can have for life
- 4 x 30 minute apres-ski relax yoga sessions
- Sauna, Jacuzzi in hotel
Option 2: Freeride Energy Camp Immersion (7 nights)
Price: 1,495 Euros, 2011 Dates:
Includes:
- 7 Nights lodging, breakfast, and dinner (Saturday through Saturday) double occupancy
- 5* full days skiing with a UIAGM certified Guide in amazingly challenging and exciting terrain
- 1 Freeski day - choose whether to continue to go with a guide, have an easy day, piste ski with friends or tour.
- Overnight in a cosy mountain refuge - dinner, bed and breakfast.
- 6 x 60 minute pre-ski yoga sessions, learn a sequence you can have for life
- 6 x 30 minute apres-ski relax yoga sessions
- Sauna, Jacuzzi in hotel
Accommodation: The Auberge Edelweiss is a wonderfully friendly and cosy hotel just off the main road in the historic village of La Grave. It is less than a 5 minute walk away from the téléphérique. The Auberge, a 18th century old coaching inn, is comfortable and warm, with wood panelling, log fire and a friendly bar. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna for apres-ski and yoga. The Black Diamond Test Centre is located within the hotel for those wanting to test skis and other backcountry equipment. The restaurant offers a delicious 4 course dinner, with local specialities and innovative cuisine from a team of dedicated chefs. Freshly baked home made bread is served every evening in the restaurant and you can choose from more than 300 different wines from France and around the world, and if you are lucky, we might have a jam session or one of our famous blues concerts while you are here. Overnight at the Chancel Refuge - weather permitting - an optional extra to spend a night at the Chancel Refuge at 2,508m during the Freeride and Yoga Immersion week. This is an unforgetable experience in the most spectacular setting, experience true Alpine Montagnarde culture and food under the ambience of candlelight and moonlight, then wake up to first tracks and a beautiful sunrise over La Meije.
*We include 5 guided days because skiing in La Grave can be physically intense even for the most seasoned skier, if you only do 3 runs (6,430 vertical metres!) in a day you'll feel like you've done an 8 hour day anywhere else, so some people will want a rest/easier day without a guide or perhaps a half day skiing. Conditions can also change rapidly and bad weather or high avalanche risk or winds may cause the lift to close, in which case, alternative local resorts will be sought. Of course, if it is a 6 day powder fest, then we will definitely arrange an extra guided day!
Required Level: Being comfortable on red and black slopes and off-piste in every kind of snow
